The DT10-060 bundles a 7.5″ chrome moly, Nitride-finished 5.56 barreled upper in Purple with a complete Lower Parts Kit and pistol buffer tube assembly — everything you need except the stripped lower receiver itself.

No. This kit does not include a stripped lower receiver — but it does include a complete Lower Parts Kit and pistol buffer tube assembly, so all you need to add is the lower itself.
What’s included in the Lower Parts Kit?
A mil-spec Lower Parts Kit (trigger group, pins, springs, and related small parts) plus a US-made pistol buffer tube with buffer and spring — ready to install once you supply a lower receiver.
Is the Purple finish just on the handguard, or the whole kit?
The Purple Cerakote covers the handguard and receiver-facing components of the upper; the barrel itself retains its Nitride finish.
What caliber is this kit chambered in?
5.56 NATO, also compatible with .223 Remington.
What gas system does the 7.5″ barrel use?

Can this be built as a rifle instead of a pistol?
