About Us

Daytona Tactical is a family-owned AR-15 and AR-10 parts retailer and in-house manufacturer based in Holly Hill, Florida. Founded in late 2014 by Gary Patterson, we carry a full catalog of AR-15 and AR-10 parts, complete build kits, 80% lower receivers, and accessories — and we manufacture a growing line of our own components right here in our machine shop.

Our Machine Shop

Gary’s son Matthew runs the Daytona Tactical machine shop, and his Daughter Amanda Runs The Office.  We produce our own KeyMod and MLOK handguards, specialty muzzle devices, and 80% lower jigs and fixtures. We are currently expanding production to include AR-15 and AR-10 lower receivers as well as suppressor components and complete suppressors.

Licensing — Class 07 FFL and Class 2 SOT

Daytona Tactical holds two (2) Class 07 Federal Firearms Licenses and a Class 2 Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT) designation. This licensing authorizes us to manufacture and transfer NFA items including suppressors and suppressor components.
