The barreled upper on this kit ships fully assembled with a 7″ Picatinny quad rail handguard in a 7.5″ .300 Blackout chambering, finished in black, and comes bundled with a complete Lower Parts Kit and pistol buffer tube assembly — just add a stripped lower receiver.
