The DT10-008 is a complete 7.5″ chrome moly, phosphate finish .300 Blackout pistol build kit finished in Black, bundled with an 80% stripped lower receiver — everything needed to build a pistol from the ground up.

What’s Included: a complete M4 flat-top upper — chrome moly barrel, mil-spec .300 BLK-specific BCG and charging handle, 7″ quad rail (picatinny) handguard, gas block and tube — plus a mil-spec Lower Parts Kit, a US-made pistol buffer tube with buffer and spring, and an 80% stripped lower receiver. It does not include a magazine, jig/tooling, or sights.

Does this kit include a lower receiver?
Yes. The DT10-008 includes an 80% stripped lower receiver in addition to the complete barreled upper, BCG, LPK, and buffer tube.

Is this an FFL item?
No. Because the included lower receiver is only 80% machined and still requires additional machining to complete, it is not considered a firearm and does not require an FFL transfer.

Do you ship the 80% lower to every state?
No. We do not ship 80% lower receivers to NY, RI, NJ, CT, MD, DE, HI, IL, NV, CA, WA, the District of Columbia, or Denver/Boulder, CO.

What tools do I need to finish the lower?
You’ll need an 80% lower jig kit and standard hand or drill press tools to complete the machining — we sell a compatible jig kit separately.

What caliber is this kit chambered in?
.300 AAC Blackout — it uses a caliber-specific BCG and is not interchangeable with a 5.56 bolt carrier group.

Can this be built as a rifle instead of a pistol?
Only with a lower and stock combination that complies with current ATF rules; changing a pistol build’s configuration can trigger NFA/SBR requirements, so check current regulations before altering it.
