Does this kit include an 80% lower receiver?
No. The DT10-031 does not include a stripped lower receiver — but it does include a complete Lower Parts Kit and buffer tube assembly, so all you need to add is the lower itself.
What’s included in the Lower Parts Kit?
A mil-spec Lower Parts Kit (trigger group, pins, springs, and related small parts) plus a US-made carbine buffer tube with buffer and spring — ready to install once you supply a lower receiver.
Is the Titanium Blue finish just on the handguard, or the whole kit?
The Titanium Blue Cerakote covers the handguard and receiver-facing components of the upper; the barrel itself retains its Nitride finish.
What caliber is this kit chambered in?
5.56 NATO, also compatible with .223 Remington.
What gas system does the 10.5″ barrel use?
A carbine-length gas system, matched to the barrel length for reliable cycling.
Can this be built as a rifle instead of a pistol?
Only with a lower and stock combination that complies with current ATF rules; changing a pistol build’s configuration can trigger NFA/SBR requirements, so check current regulations before altering it.
