Yes, a Tungsten Grey Cerakoted AR-15 80% lower is included, though it still requires machining before it functions as a lower.

Nice kit, color matched well on all parts, fit and finish was excemment, bolt carrier group is decent. Shoots like a mil spec carbine should, accuracy is decent for a carbine, not a tack driver but 2 to 4 moa depending on ammo used. Which by military standards is within acceptable range. Overall very happy with this kit, looking at a 300 blackout in fde now so I would recommend to anyone wanting a nice looking piece to buy a kit.
