The upper receiver of the AR-15 A2 Sight Tower Complete Rifle Kit is machined from a 7075 T6 aluminum forging to tight military specifications. It features a hard coat type III anodized finish and includes the ejection port cover, forward assist, and standard barrel nut with delta ring assembly. The Upper also has an A2 style polymer 2 piece handguard with endcap.

The 16″ chrome moly barrel of the AR-15 A2 Sight Tower Complete Rifle Kit has a 4150 steel construction with M4 Ramp Extension and phosphated coating. It has a carbine length gas port hole and a 1:7 twist rate.
