Yes, a OD Green Cerakoted AR-15 80% lower is included, though it still requires machining before it functions as a lower.

What twist rate is the barrel?

Great product, great job on the coloring finish. Ships very quickly with great service. The only problem I have had after 3 builds is I have had to file down the upper receiver’s take down pin area to fit the lowers. I’m not sure if it is that the upper has been slightly too wide or the lower receiver’s rear compartment wasn’t quite large enough. Easy fix with a file. Otherwise great site!
