The MOE M-LOK handguard is a two-piece polymer drop-in design that installs between the delta ring and the front sight base without removing the barrel nut — no special tools required. M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions accept M-LOK accessories directly without adapters. The carbine-length handguard is sized for standard carbine-length gas system barrels — typically 14.5 to 16-inch barrels — the most common AR-15 configuration.

The MOE M-LOK Carbine Handguard uses M-LOK mounting slots along the sides and bottom for attaching accessories using hardware included with M-LOK compatible accessories. M-LOK provides a direct-to-handguard attachment with minimal bulk compared to a full Picatinny railed handguard. A short Picatinny rail section at the top allows mounting a front sight or additional accessories. Installation replaces factory carbine handguard halves using the standard delta ring assembly without tools. The carbine length is compatible with carbine-length gas system uppers as found on standard M4 profile AR-15 configurations.
