Upper receiver is M4 flat top upper receiver with barrel nut and delta ring assembly. Bolt carrier group is Mil-spec M16 bolt/carrier assembly. Charging handle included. Lower parts kit is Mil-spec lower parts kit. Stock is US made 6 position black stock w/buffer and spring.
