Adding to the successful MBUS Line of sights, Magpul Introduced the MBUS Pro family of backup sights.  The MBUS Pro Offset Sights are part of an effective aiming system to supplement magnified optics on M1913 Picatinny mounting surfaces. In the event of a damaged or nonfunctional primary optic, or a close target, rotating the rifle 45 degrees provides the shooter with a fully featured iron sighting solution. The sight will mount to any MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny/STANAG 4694 rail. Along with durable steel construction, no tool needed Elevation adjustment, positive detents, and a low profile footprint.

The MBUS Offset Pro mounts at a 45-degree angle to the side of the Picatinny rail, allowing a magnified scope to remain zeroed on the top rail while the offset BUIS provides a close-range iron sight backup — the shooter rolls the rifle 45 degrees to bring the offset sights into alignment without removing the primary optic. The offset front sight pairs with the MBUS Offset Pro rear for a complete 45-degree BUIS set and mounts to any standard Picatinny rail at the appropriate lateral position on the upper receiver.
