A clean deer head silhouette engraved on the right magwell of a 7075-T6 forged 80% lower. No crosshairs, no background — just the deer head profile on a black anodized receiver. It’s a simple, understated hunting design that works on any build without looking overdone.

Who This Is For

Hunters who build their own ARs and want the lower to match the purpose. This is the most minimal of the deer head variants — a clean silhouette without additional elements. If you want the deer head with crosshairs, flag, or other design elements, we carry those too. Pairs naturally with a .300 Blackout or 6.5 Grendel upper for a dedicated hunting build.

Specs and Construction

Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, machined to mil-spec tolerances, and black hard-coat anodized (Type III). Marked Model DT-15, Cal Multi, Made in U.S.A. Compatible with all standard AR-15 mil-spec components. The engraving sits on the right side of the magazine well — permanent and clean on the anodized surface.

Engraving Details

The design is laser engraved on the right side of the magazine well. Fire/Safe selector markings are not included. Optional left-side engraving adds a personal ID mark in the format DT + your order number — for your reference only, no records are kept or reported. Custom text is reproduced exactly as entered; limit 15 characters per line.

Completing Your 80% Lower

This ships as an 80% lower — the fire control pocket is unmachined and classified as a non-firearm. You’ll need a drill press or router jig to finish it. Daytona Tactical carries jig kits and 80% lower accessories to complete your build.
