AR-15 and AR-10 Triggers and Hammers — Mil-Spec and Drop-In

Mil-spec and aftermarket trigger and hammer sets for AR-15 and AR-10 builds. The mil-spec fire-control group has a pull weight of 6–8 lbs with a longer reset — functional but heavy compared to aftermarket options. Drop-in upgrade triggers reduce pull weight, shorten reset distance, and improve break consistency without modifying the lower receiver. Single-stage and two-stage options available.

Mil-Spec vs Aftermarket Trigger — What Changes

The mil-spec trigger and hammer are reliable but have more take-up and a heavier pull than most aftermarket options. A drop-in trigger group — where the trigger, hammer, disconnector, and springs are housed in a self-contained unit — installs in any standard AR-15 lower without gunsmithing. Single-stage triggers have a consistent pull from press to break; two-stage triggers have an initial take-up followed by a distinct wall, preferred by many precision shooters. All triggers and hammers here are designed for standard mil-spec AR-15 and DPMS-pattern AR-10 lower receivers.
