Glock 19 Compatible Stainless Steel Barrel Replacement Threaded

Original price was: $149.95.Current price is: $104.95.

The Daytona Tactical Glock 19 threaded barrel is a 4.61-inch, 416R stainless steel drop-in replacement with 1/2×28 threading for Gen 1-4 pistols. Machined to factory dimensions, it swaps in without fitting and accepts a thread protector, compensator, or suppressor. Not compatible with Gen 5.

This Glock 19 threaded barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel and measures 4.61 inches, a direct drop-in swap for Gen 1 through Gen 4 factory barrels — it will not fit Gen 5. The 1/2×28 threading is cut for a thread protector, compensator, or suppressor mount, so you can run a muzzle device without sending the gun out for gunsmithing. Works for anyone upgrading a 9mm Glock 19 build or replacing a worn factory barrel.

Will this fit my Gen 5 Glock 19?

No. This barrel is machined to Gen 1-4 dimensions and won’t headspace or fit correctly in a Gen 5 Glock 19. Gen 5 uses a different barrel profile, so you’ll need a Gen 5-specific threaded barrel for that build.

What’s the difference between this and a stock Glock barrel?

The factory Glock 19 barrel isn’t threaded, so it won’t accept a compensator, thread protector, or suppressor. This one is machined from 416R stainless steel with 1/2×28 threading cut into the muzzle end, giving you a threaded option without sending your slide out to a gunsmith.

Do I need a gunsmith to install this?

No. It’s a drop-in replacement — remove your factory barrel and drop this one in using the same disassembly process you’d use for cleaning. No fitting, reaming, or machine work needed on a Gen 1-4 Glock 19.

Is this a Glock OEM part?

No, this is an aftermarket replacement barrel, not a Glock OEM part. It’s machined from 416R stainless steel to the same dimensions as the factory Gen 1-4 barrel, so it drops in and functions the way a factory barrel does.

What can I thread onto the 1/2×28 pattern?

The 1/2×28 threading is a standard 9mm pattern, so it accepts a thread protector, muzzle compensator, or a 9mm-rated suppressor, provided your local laws allow it. Just confirm whatever you’re threading on matches 1/2×28 pitch.

Why 416R stainless instead of a standard barrel steel?

416R is a martensitic stainless steel that machines to tight tolerances and holds up well to the heat and pressure of repeated firing, which is why it’s a common choice for precision-cut handgun barrels. It’s a durable choice for a drop-in threaded barrel that’s going to see regular use with a muzzle device attached.
