Built for AR-15 80% Lower Jig Precision
The 4140 steel drill bushings are the most important part of any AR-15 80 percent lower jig — they guide your drill bit into the exact position for trigger and hammer pin holes every time. Three interchangeable top plates let you mill the fire control group in stages at the correct depth. Every component on this ar15 jig is individually replaceable, so one damaged plate doesn’t mean replacing the entire kit. Order additional top plates separately if needed.
Compatibility
Compatible with standard mil-spec AR-15 80% lower receivers. Works with most drill press setups and standard AR 80 lower jig configurations. Not compatible with polymer lowers or billet lowers with non-standard profiles.

Pretty good product. I’ve used this for a Ceratac 80% lower and it helped me do the job right. I would say after 4-5 mills of the lower you’d have to replace parts of the jig. I feel like the pin and safty holes were off but when I put the pins in and the safe lever in they aligned perfectly. I would suggest putting blue painters tape or masking tape on your receiver if you don’t want it blemished from the jig. Over all this Jig is the cheapest I’ve found online and the most reliable.

Vary good product. I’ve used this for a few lower’s and it did the job right. I would say after 3 lowers you’d have to replace parts of the jig and I did. I put the pins in and the safe lever in they aligned perfectly. I put masking tape on the receiver to keep it from marring from the jig. Over all this Jig is the cheapest I’ve found online and the most reliable.

This is a nice beginner’s AR-15 Jig.
I also happy with the replacement parts. Sold at a reasonable price.
You need them after doing 3 or 4 lowers. Follow the online instructions and read all of the printout instructions and you have a lower as good or better than a completed lower.

Great product at an excellent price. However, I would ask that something be done to prevent the 4 bolts from standing proud above the top of the side plates. This is very difficult for a larger router to work around. Ideally, it would be flush.
Otherwise, it took a beating and kept on ticking. Would buy again.

used this in a bridgeport mill and was impressed with how square it all lined up through the process. i used painters tape on the jig to keep from marking up the lower. working on my second with the same results so far. i picked up the .308 jig for my next build after the easy use of this one.
