This PSA 16″ Upper FDE is Mil-Spec and does NOT include M-16 Bolt Carrier Group and charging handle. Upper is a forged 7075-T6 Flat Top with a Hardcoat Finish and M4 Feed Ramps. Barrel Included on the Palmetto Upper has a Nitride Finish, Mid-Length Gas System and is chambered in 5.56 Nato. The Handguard is a 2 Piece Classic Mid-Length Handguard in Flat Dark Earth Color.
