The ACS-L (Adaptable Carbine/Storage-Light) retains the QD sling sockets on both sides and butt storage compartment of the standard ACS while reducing overall weight. The L variant adds a free-floating cheek piece that can be removed or adjusted independently from the main stock body, providing a more customizable cheek weld height than the fixed cheek piece on the standard ACS. The ACS-L is designed for mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tubes, adjusts to six length-of-pull positions, and is a direct drop-in replacement for any existing mil-spec carbine stock on a mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver without modification.

The ACS-L stock provides a lighter-weight alternative to the standard ACS while retaining the core cheek weld geometry and sling mounting options of the ACS family. The ACS-L mounts on a standard mil-spec diameter carbine buffer tube and locks into six length-of-pull positions using the standard AR-15 stock release lever. The rubber buttpad provides a non-slip shoulder interface and mild recoil absorption. Sling attachment points are built into both sides of the stock for single-point and two-point sling configurations.
