Does this kit include the bolt carrier group and charging handle?
Yes. The upper comes fully assembled with a mil-spec bolt carrier group, charging handle, and muzzle device installed.
Is the 80% lower receiver a regulated firearm?
No. An 80% lower is not a firearm under federal law and does not require an FFL transfer. You will need to finish machining it before it can be assembled.
Are there state restrictions on shipping this kit?
Yes. We do not ship 80% lower receivers to NY, RI, NJ, CT, MD, DE, HI, IL, NV, CA, WA, Washington D.C., Denver CO, or Boulder CO.
Is anything else needed to complete the build?
You will need to finish machining the 80% lower and provide any optics or sights, which are not included but can be added at checkout.
