    When it comes to building an AR it can be very simple and it can be reasonable difficult and with this kit being a 9mm blowback variant you would think it’s not going to be as easy and simplistic as other builds can be but this pistol went together perfectly. The lower parts kit is all stranded but not garbage like some LPKs are. The upper receiver was assembled very well and has yet to have any issues. The barrel I received was 7.5 in. but I like it fairly more than a 8.5, the 7.5 feels better being a little shorter. The bolt was nicer than your run in the mill bolt and functions just fine with no jams yet. I upgraded the buffer spring and buffer from the standard 233/556 buffer/spring I received to a AR 10 spring and 7.5 oz buffer and made the cycling a lot smoother. Not one single jam or malfunction nor before or after the spring/buffer modification.polised the ejector on the mag block as well slightly to help prevent future malfunctions and I think I helps a lot. The barrel puts out great groups too. I would definetly try another if something in the 10.5 in. Barrel range pops up. These are great training tools and fun range plinkers.

    Ran flawlessly. Ate up 200 rounds of whitebox 115g and 50 rounds of 147g jhp. Mated to a glock-mag type lower with ETS mags. This is my second build with Daytona Tactical and I’ve had no issues with their products.
