A 16-inch 5.56 AR-15 rifle kit with a 12″ house Keymod free-float rail, Magpul MOE furniture, and an 80% lower receiver in the same box. The upper arrives fully assembled — barrel, gas system, and rail already torqued — so setup is straightforward once you’ve finished the lower. Note: an 80% lower is not a firearm and requires machining before use. Jig and tooling are sold separately.

Q: Does this kit include a lower receiver?
Yes — an 80% lower receiver is included. It’s unfinished and not classified as a firearm, so it requires machining before it can be built into a rifle. Jig and tooling are sold separately.
Q: What’s the difference between this kit and the 15″ Keymod version?
The handguard length. This one has a 12″ house Keymod rail; the other has a 15″ rail. Everything else — barrel, gas system, Magpul furniture, and 80% lower — is the same.
Q: Is the upper pre-assembled?
Yes. Barrel, gas system, and the 12″ house Keymod rail are already torqued — just mate it to the finished lower.
