10.5″ 7.62×39 AR-47 upper with a 10″ Keymod handguard, Burnt Bronze Cerakote. Fits any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver.
The stripped upper receiver and handguard are finished in Burnt Bronze Cerakote. The barrel is phosphate processed.
Keymod slots accept compatible accessories including lights, foregrips, and sling mounts. Keeps weight low compared to a full-length Picatinny rail.
The 10″ handguard covers nearly the full barrel length in this compact, pistol-length upper — maximum accessory space without the extra bulk of a full-length rifle upper.
Ships fully assembled with barrel, gas tube, gas block, upper receiver, handguard, and A2 flash hider. BCG and charging handle not included — add-on available. Requires a 7.62×39-specific BCG; do not use a .223/5.56 BCG.

Does this upper fit a standard AR-15 lower?
Yes. The upper receiver is mil-spec AR-15 and fits any standard AR-15 lower. You need a 7.62×39 BCG — a .223/5.56 BCG will not cycle correctly with this caliber.
Is a BCG and charging handle included?
No. Both are available as an add-on option on this product page. Make sure you select a BCG rated for 7.62×39.
What magazines does this upper use?
Dedicated 7.62×39 AR magazines. C Products Defense and ASC make commonly used steel feed-lip magazines for this platform. Standard AK magazines do not fit without a conversion lower.
What is the gas system length?
Carbine length. .750″ gas block, carbine length stainless steel gas tube. Standard setup for a 16″ 7.62×39 build.
Is this made in the USA?
Yes. The handguard is cut from 6061 aluminum in our Daytona Beach shop. Assembly is done in-house.
