This is Anderson Manufacturing’s stripped AR-15 upper receiver in a black aluminum finish. It ships bare, without a bolt carrier group, charging handle, or forward assist, so those need to be sourced separately. It’s compatible with standard AR-15 barrels, handguards, and lower receivers.
