This thing is built like a tank and ready to provide years of faithful service. The chamber is .223-5.56 and it has an M4 Feed Ramp for compatibility with both types of ammo. The twist ratio is 1×7, so you can expect some serious precision from this bad boy. It also has a barrel thread of 1/2 x 28, so finding the right accessories will be a breeze.
The barrel is made from stress-relieved chrome moly steel and features a nitride finish for maximum durability. It’s topped off with an A2 flash hider, which does an excellent job of reducing muzzle flash. As for the handguard, it’s a standard 2-piece black handguard that provides a comfortable grip and plenty of clearance for your attached accessories. The gas block is an A2 sight tower gas block, which gives you the option of adding an offset red dot sight or other optic.
The upper receiver is an A4 flat-top upper, which accepts most common sights and scopes. And speaking of scopes, this upper does not include a bolt carrier group or charging handle, so you’ll need to add those separately. But don’t worry, we have plenty of options available! Cycles good with aero buffer kit. Smooth action out of the box with frog lube, armaspec victory ch, and ao precision bcg. No cosmetic flaws. Sight on the rear is a Colt A2 detachable handle, front was 2 little clicks right from rear center zero which is about great. Some rear sights need to be ran the hole way left or right… just to get it zeroed… this was easy peezy. Purchase and be happy. 5 stars because its literally what it should be and nothing was wrong with it.
